Sing with us or just listen as we learn some of the pieces we’ll be singing in our May 31 concert in celebration of the 100th passage of the 19th Amendment. Wonderful, inspiring, and fun music setting the words of Sojourner Truth, Abigail Adams, Susan B. Anthony, Eleanor Roosevelt, and others. And Let the River Run by Carly Simon! The Pacific Women’s Chorus has been under the direction of Kate Thickstun since January 2013. She comes to us with a wealth of experience as a vocalist, choir director, and voice teacher. In her “day job” she is a respected attorney in private practice.
